Suzy joined the RAF 20 years ago, leaving regular Service in 2024, she is now a Reserve Officer and Cadet volunteer.  Her work sees her supporting every aspect of a Service persons career and life as well as also ensuring their families are signposted effectively when needed. Her 1st passion has always been archaeology and heritage and both her degrees are in archaeology and heritage.  Prior to joining the RAF, she gained her degree and worked for English Heritage, then in 2013 she obtained a masters whilst in Service, she is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. During her time in the RAF she supported numerous heritage work strands.  After co Founding Wings to the Past in 2019 she is ow able to use all her skills and help those who serve to enjoy new experiences and build resilience through archaeology and heritage.
